Law Student Recruitment

Rossway Swan’s Summer Associate Program provides a unique, hands-on atmosphere for Summer Associates. Our goal is to recruit highly qualified law students, invest in their development during the summer and recruit from the Summer Associate Program to meet our associate needs for the upcoming year. We hire our Summer Associates with the goal of finding individuals who possess high standards and will demonstrate the commitment to excellence, teamwork and client service necessary for an associate offer.

Rossway Swan has several main practice areas and Summer Associates will be able to with several different attorneys and experience a variety of assignments from different practice areas while maintaining a manageable workload. We try to provide the Summer Associate with a realistic understanding of what it is like to be an associate at Rossway Swan and, as such, we expect our Summer Associates to put forward a good effort during the summer program while maintaining a healthy and manageable social balance.

Paralegal

Rossway Swan is seeking Litigation and Estate Planning paralegals. The ideal candidates must possess 2+ years’ experience; a high level of attention to detail; good interpersonal, verbal and organizational skills; excellent writing and proofreading skills; the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, team-oriented environment; a knowledge of processes and functions; and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Wealth Management software is a plus for the Estate Planning practice. These positions involve a high degree of responsibility and collaboration with clients and attorneys. Excellent compensation benefits and salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
