The quarterly “Ask-A-Lawyer” event organized by the Indian River Bar Association and the Law Offices of the Florida Rural Legal Services, Inc. helped assist thirty-eight Indian River County residents during their most recent session held November 12 at the Indian River County Public Library Main Branch.
Thomas W. Tierney, Esq., President of the Indian River Bar Association and partner with Rossway Swan and Carolyn Fabrizio, Private Attorney Involvement Coordinator for the 19th Judicial Circuit through Florida Rural Legal Services, Inc., were extremely pleased with the turnout.
The program calls on local attorneys to volunteer their time to answer questions posed by county residents, as well as offering free consultation and advice in all civil legal areas including Family Law Matters, Estate Planning, Debt Collection, Bankruptcy, Wills & Advanced Directives, Probate, Tenant/Landlord Matters and Mobile Home.
The next event will be held at the same location during the first quarter of 2015 which will be announced soon. For further information, please contact Carolyn Fabrizio at (772) 466-4766 or (888) 582-3410
