New Partner Chelsea Miller of Rossway Swan

The Members and Partners of Rossway Swan are pleased to announce Chelsea Miller as Partner

Ms. Miller joined the Firm in 2014. She focuses her practice exclusively in the areas of matrimonial and family law and is experienced in representing clients in a wide variety of issues including dissolution of marriage actions, timesharing matters, post-judgment modification proceedings, paternity matters, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

Ms. Miller graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida in criminology and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. She is an active member of the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar and was elected to serve on the Section’s Executive Council in 2019. Ms. Miller currently serves on numerous subcommittees of the Section, and is the current Chair of the Sponsorship Committee, Co-Chair of the Children’s Issues Committee, and Vice Chair of the Rules and Forms Committee.
