Haley C. Davis joined the Firm in 2021. She is a Florida native from Plant City, and now she calls Melbourne home. Haley graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University with minors in Spanish and Economics. She also received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Florida State University. Haley was actively involved in the Florida State University Law Review and in 2020-2021 served on the editorial board as the Article Selection Editor for the Journal’s online publication.
Haley focuses her practice in the areas of matrimonial and family law, where she gained experience during her time in law school while working as a judicial extern for the family law bench in the Second Judicial Circuit and as a clinical class student. During both her second and third years in law school, Haley participated in the Veteran’s Legal Clinic as a clinical student and gained experience working with veterans on almost entirely family law and housing issues. Related to this work, Haley received the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award from the College of Law.
In 2023, Haley began participating as one of the eight inaugural lawyers for Access to Justice of Indian River County, providing pro bono family law consultation to the individuals in Indian River County. The program aims to enhance access to justice, connect individuals to community resources, and build public trust with the legal system. Additionally, as an active member of the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar, she currently serves as a member of the Equitable Distribution, Support Issues, and Rules and Forms Committees.
