Haley C. Davis joined the Firm in 2021. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University with minors in Spanish and Economics. She also received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Florida State University. Haley was actively involved in the Florida State University Law Review and in 2020 served on the editorial board as the Article Selection Editor for the Journal’s online publication. 

Haley focuses her practice on the areas of matrimonial and family law, where she gained experience during her time in law school while working as a judicial extern for the family law bench in the Second Judicial Circuit and as a clinical class student. During both her second and third years in law school, Haley participated in the Veteran’s Legal Clinic as a clinical student and gained experience working with Veteran’s on almost entirely family law and housing issues. Related to this work, Haley received the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award from the College of Law.

Born in Plant City, Florida, Haley is a Florida native and was raised just outside of Tampa. Joining the Firm allowed Haley to return to central Florida, where she is now a resident of Brevard County, living in Melbourne.
