Chelsea Miller joined the Firm in 2014 upon her return to Indian River County, Florida.   Chelsea graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida in criminology with a minor in political science.  Thereafter, Chelsea received her Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey.  

Chelsea focuses her practice exclusively in the areas of matrimonial and family law, where she is experienced in representing clients in a wide variety of issues including dissolution of marriage actions, timesharing matters, post-judgment modification proceedings, paternity matters, and prenuptial, postnuptial, and cohabitation agreements.

Chelsea is an active member of the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar, where she serves on the Executive Council and is currently serving as Vice Chair of FAMSEG of the Publications Committee and Member of the ADR, Long Range Planning, and Equitable Distribution Committees.  Additionally, Chelsea has made it a priority to be an active member in her community.  Upon returning to Vero Beach, Florida, she became actively involved in The Junior League of Indian River where she served on their Board of Directors from 2017-2022 holding numerous positions including serving as President during the 2020-2021 League year.

Chelsea A. Miller joined Rossway Swan in 2014 upon her return to Indian River County. Chelsea focuses her law practice in the areas of marital and family law, where she is experienced in representing clients in a wide variety of issues including dissolution of marriage actions, modification proceedings, paternity matters and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

Chelsea attained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology with a minor in political science from the University of South Florida. Upon graduation, Chelsea attended Seton Hall University School of Law and received her Juris Doctor degree.  While at Seton Hall, she served as a judicial intern for United States Magistrate Judge Tonianne J. Bongiovanni and The Honorable James G. Troiano, who presided over the Family Law division.

Chelsea has made it a priority to be an active member in her community. While attending Seton Hall, Chelsea was a member of the Women’s Law Forum.  Since returning to Vero Beach, Chelsea has become actively involved in The Junior League of Indian River and currently serves on their Board of Directors.  Chelsea is a dedicated member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, where she is currently a member of the Executive Council and the Continuing Legal Education, Equitable Distribution, and Support Issues committees.
