Bradley W. Rossway

Bradley Rossway earned a Bachelor of Arts at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Thereafter, he obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and in 1987, Brad returned to Vero Beach, Florida to begin his legal career as a trial lawyer. Brad is a founding member of the Firm which was established in 1999.  

Brad’s contributions span the Space Coast and Treasure Coast regions. He focuses his practice solely in the area of complex matrimonial litigation through his extensive knowledge and trial experience in all areas of matrimonial law.  He practices primarily in the Eighteenth and Nineteenth Judicial Circuits, consisting of Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin, Okeechobee, Brevard, and Seminole Counties. 

In 2017, Brad was appointed to be a member of the Judicial Nominating Commission of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit by Governor Rick Scott.  In July 2021, Governor Ron DeSantis reappointed Brad to serve an additional four year term on the Judicial Nominating Commission for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit. Brad previously served on the Board of Directors of the Indian River Medical Center, now known as Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital.  He is a founding member of the Orlando Chapter of the American Academy of Certified Financial Litigators, dedicated to meeting the highest standards of financial representation and of ethical practice. Brad is also an inaugural lawyer of Access to Justice of Indian River County dedicated to assisting self-represented parties in family law, small claims, or residential eviction cases. He has consistently earned the distinction as an AV Preeminent rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest level of professional excellence and is based on peer evaluations of his legal ability and ethical standards.
