Rossway Swan Tierney Barry & Oliver Foundation

In an effort to maximize the Firm’s charitable impact and deepen our community bond, the partners created the Foundation as a branch of the Firm devoted solely to giving. Managed by a Board of Directors consisting of our attorneys and community members, the Foundation annually solicits grant proposals from local charities. After a review process, the Foundation provides financial assistance to the qualifying charities. In many instances, the firm as a whole will supplement the Foundation’s gifts with in-kind services provided by our talented personnel, furthering the cause.

In an effort to maximize the Firm’s charitable impact and deepen our community bond, the Members created the Foundation as a branch of the Firm devoted solely to charitable giving. To be eligible for a grant, an application must be completed and submitted for consideration. In January of each year, the Foundation Board conducts a review of all submitted applications and makes a determination of which entities will be awarded a grant for the current year.
