Jason Slater joined the firm in 2012. His prior experience encompassed working for large law firms in Los Angeles, California. Jason represents clients on a wide spectrum of legal matters including corporate law and business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions, venture capital, condominium and homeowners association law as well as commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Jason Slater grew up in London, England and became a United States citizen over 15 years ago. While in England, he attended Reading University where he earned his Bachelor of Laws degree with Honors. He subsequently graduated with Honors from Georgetown Law School in 1998 where he received his Juris Doctorate. Jason practiced law in Los Angeles and Silicon Valley during the Dot-com era before deciding to serve his community by joining the Los Angeles City Fire Department. Jason proudly served as a firefighter for six years, relocating to Port St. Lucie, Florida in 2011 to take care of his aging parents and resume his practice of law. Jason is admitted to both the California and Florida State Bars.
