Practice Areas

David J. Reimel joined the Firm in 2022 upon moving to Melbourne, Florida. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida in political science with a minor in legal studies. After graduation, David worked as a banker for several years in Orlando, Florida, and Fort Collins, Colorado.

David left the banking industry to pursue a career in law in 2017. He graduated magna cum laude from Penn State Law with his Juris Doctorate in 2020. While in law school, David served on the editorial board of the Penn State Law Review as a Comments Editor. He also gained experience in litigation by working as a certified intern for the Colorado Public Defender’s Office; externing for the Honorable Magistrate Judge William Arbuckle at the United States District Court in Pennsylvania; and externing for the Honorable Judge Pamela Oliver at the Centre County Court of Common Pleas. Upon graduating from law school in 2020, David served as a law clerk for the Honorable Justice Thomas G. Saylor of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania until Justice Saylor’s retirement in December 2021.  

David concentrates his practice on complex civil litigation matters, including commercial, business, employment, real estate, and probate and trust litigation. Born in Orlando, Florida, David is a Florida native. Joining the Firm has allowed David to return to the central Florida area, where he is now a resident of Brevard County.
