Kevin Barry, a partner of the Rossway Swan Attorneys-at-Law, has recently been invited to serve as a member of the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Selection of new members for the Board of Directors takes into consideration that the Chamber Board will be a diverse body of chamber members, representing all areas of Indian River County. They will represent a variety of different large and small businesses, and a diversity of backgrounds. It is also considered that the group shall recruit decision makers and business leaders who bring variety of resources and leadership qualities to the table.
Kevin Barry joined Rossway Swan in 2011 with over twenty years of prior legal experience in large international law firms. He concentrates in general corporate law and transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, venture capital and real estate transactions. He has acted as general counsel to start-up companies and publicly held corporations at all stages of growth as well as investors in many industries.
