Timothy M. Williams joined the Firm in 2016. His extensive 35 years of experience has primarily been focused on the areas of real estate and business law. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Williams was general counsel of a telecommunications firm. His practice includes a full spectrum of real estate transactions and negotiations, and his litigation experience includes title claims, construction disputes, commercial and residential foreclosures, and business and contract disputes. His clients include real estate developers and investors, builders, homeowners’ associations and condominium associations.
